Wish I could customize the reports so I could use the app with my business.

This is works great. I use to have it and it always crashed. They finally released a great update that works. Its super fast I am happy with it. Both Jarod and Jason listened and try to make sure the app keep getting better. Huge improved from the old platform. Customer service is excellent. I will keep referring dealers over. -One Stop Auto Mall

You need to create an account to use it. I tried and just got a message that an account cant be created with no clear reason for why or how to resolve the problem.

Great app, all the info I need with one scan, and fast!

I wish I had read the reviews first. You need to create an account on their site before you even can open the app. Thats already bad enough, but when I tried to create an account, the form just froze, so I still cant use the app. Im glad I didnt pay for this.

It sounded like it was for dealers and for the consumer.... Wow, with these rates. Very disappointed.

Still great. Better than the other appraisal apps.

At first glance it seems like a very useful app, as I a started using it, I realized that the information is not as helpful as I thought it was. The rage for the prices is too large, of course any value will fall within the range. Dont waste your money on it! Thats my advice!

I cant get pass the registration screen, all I see is a error and # for support.

I have had vin viper for nearly a year now. It was a cheaper option for KBB book sheets vs going directly to Karpower. This morning their site seemed to be down. I tried reaching out to customer support; sales; and even emailed the sales rep. Still no response. Checked Facebook and Twitter, no announcements. Just got fd on buying 10 to 12 cars this morning at auction. Not good at all. Will look to spend a more and get a better appraising tool.
