The first time that I downloaded this out from my iPhone I rated it with a one Star because I could not get scanner to work. After talking to someone from Vin Viper And just downloading the recent software update. This app is now Slammin its great. Thanks for taking the time to listen to me and fix the problem. Rick

I use this app for my business and my drivers to store vin and miles after completing a job and it works beautifully.

Too slow for running book values in the lane!! Way to slow!

I downloaded this app and the company has not stopped soliciting ever since. They called me (which was not cool) and tried to sell their services. I told them I wasnt interested, yet their sales guy keeps emailing every day. I finally sent them an email telling them to stop contacting me, and the sales guy replied with "your an idiot" So unless you want to have an annoying, rude sales guy calling and emailing trying to up sell you, steer clear from downloading this app, this company has no respect for your privacy.

Pointless app. Sure it can pull the year make and model from the vin but it doesnt actually give you and appraisal values. Not worth the download and giving out your credentials.

This app will not let you get any info from NADA or KBB without paying $35/month to Viper. They dont even tell you that in the fine print up front, you have to download the app to find out. Do not waste your time or money. You get more for your money elsewhere.

Thought this would be a great tool for the lot, but after downloading installing and registering find no feature that is useful or available without starting a subscription. Wasted 20 minutes AND gave them registration information - heres hoping they dont start spamming...

I go to car auctions for work and used to do all the research the old school way. Now I use this app, scan the VIN and all the info about the vehicle is at my fingertips. It has saved me lots of time! The price was worth it to me since I was already having to pay to get this data separately.

This app should just delete the consumer portion and keep it focused on dealers since it apparently works great for them. For myself the consumer? Absolutely useless. All it gave me on a vin lookup was the make and year or the car. It couldnt even tell me the color! Thats basic info and pretty ridiculous that its too weak to find such a simple fact of the car. Bottom line, if youre a consumer dont waste your time. Googling your vin gives you more info than this useless app.

User interface on the phone and online is way better. Much much faster. Less crashes. A total improvement.

The update is great!! If you are a dealer that goes to the auction or is not by a computer ever day this is a MUST have app..

Ive used Autonq, dealer track,and Red bumper and by far this works better hands down. Now with the sharing feature just available I will make more sales then with any other app.

This app kills the others that Ive used. The VIN scanner is SUPER fast, and the other features are great too. I wish MMR and the auction data was a little more integrated, but its not that difficult to get to. Thats about my only gripe.

Fastest app in the industry. Amazingly responsive Tech Support. The Carfax interface is super fast.

You need a separate PAID subscription for EACH option and feature of the app. Waste of time. Uninstall now!
