When I signed up to use this application, it required me to pay a yearly fee. Not monthly, not every three months, but a yearly subscription. Come to find out that during my most busy time of the year which is tax season, their system went down and NO ONE, picked up the phone, answered their FaceBook or anything. Many dealers including myself had to switch to other companies and well as you might have guessed already, we lost our money on this app as well. We were NOT reimbursed for all the months it was down and for all the bugs and how inefficient these people are. Interested in this product? Do research and read reviews! Look at their FaceBook and read the comments of how people were asking for their money back. Apparently they are coming out with a new version. However what happens when they cannot fulfill the customer needs and go to their hideout again. Where is all of our money going. As of now I have not received a refund for this app after it crashed three months in use. Where is my money for the other 9 months of it not working??
