Not working

Vinviper not functional
Poor tech support, never answer or return calls. Cant print bookouts, reports feature never works, scanner works when wants to. Sent emails, left voice mail, NO Response. Getting NADA thru my DMS. This is how I make a living I dont have time to screw around with dysfunctional apps.
